Our lotion recipe features:
Hemp Seed Oil : Hemp Seed Oil is absorbed into your skin, is high in Omega-3s and omega-6s ( fatty acids ) and has natural antibacterial properties. It is very moisturizing, helps to reduce inflammation, and soothes dry skin. It is also said to help reduce fine lines and wrinkles.
Shea Butter: Shea Butter is very moisturizing for your skin. It is naturally high in Vitamin A and Vitamin E, which are antioxidants. The high fatty acid profile in shea butter helps heal skin and can help reduce scarring.
Sweet Almond Oil: Another moisturizing oil full of Vitamin E and Omega-3 fatty acids. Sweet almond oil absorbs into your skin very quickly and has natural antibacterial and antifungal properties.
We love using the lotion in our skin care routine. A little goes a LONG WAY, making our 4 ounce tube the perfect size for daily use, but small enough that you can take is along with you in your purse, overnight bag, or keep in your glove box.
When thinking about what we like in a lotion, we also had to consider what we like in a lotion tube: a flip cap was a MUST!
Ingredients: Distilled water, Sweet Almond Oil, Shea Butter, Emulsifying Wax (plant derived, non-GMO), Hemp Seed Oil, Stearic Acid ( a natural fatty acid derived from vegetables), Germ-All Plus ( preservative), fragrance, skin safe mineral colorant.
