Fall fashion is officially taking over at Uptown Girl Beauty & Boutique, and we’re kicking off September’s This or That LIVE with two outfits made for cooler Wisconsin days.
This week, we’re pairing cozy fall sweaters, Judy Blue denim, plaid and warm neutral accessories for two completely different looks. The question is: Which one would you wear?
THIS: Cozy Sweater + Judy Blue Denim
Our first outfit is an easy fall look you can wear just about anywhere.
The Ivy Knit Sweater is that cozy, fuzzy brown sweater that immediately feels like fall. Pair it with the Layne Straight Leg Jeans from Judy Blue for a casual outfit that still feels put together. The vintage wash and straight-leg fit make these jeans an easy staple to mix with sweaters, tees and jackets all season long.
We finished the look with the Tara Double Zip Crossbody in Cow Brown, adding another warm fall neutral and an easy everyday bag.

THAT: Plaid Dress + Layered Mockneck
Our second look goes all in on fall with plaid and layers.
The Eloise Plaid Dress from Papillon is the star of this outfit. We layered it with the Violet Mockneck Sweater for an easy way to take a sleeveless dress into cooler weather.
Adding a sweater underneath a dress is also one of our favorite tricks for getting more wear out of your wardrobe. Wear the Eloise on its own during those warmer early fall days, then start adding layers as the temperatures drop.
We paired this look with the Tara Double Zip Crossbody in Cocoa Pearl for a neutral finishing touch.
